In Digitalseo.coop we have designed and developed this website paying close attention to the elimination of barriers to content for certain types of users who either by some disability or other difficulty have access problems. Our goal has been to prepare this website so that it can be navigated by the largest number of users regardless of their differentiating characteristics, age, personal limitations and / or knowledge of new technologies. For the development of this web site has been based on compliance with the guidelines for Web Content Accessibility WCAG 2.1, established by the W3CCC (World Wide Web Consortium) for the level of adequacy "double A" (AA).

Usability

We try to make web navigation simple and uncomplicated, and we try to follow the following guidelines:

• Simple appearance to find all the information you need.
• Different buttons to interact and communicate such as Whatsapp, messenger, contact forms and direct calls.
• We use an elaborate web architecture so that all content is well structured.
• A good readability to enjoy all the contents.
• We always apply the 3-click rule, to navigate and quickly find what you are looking for.
• Maximum security of the information and data entered under the https protocol.
• Operability on most devices such as desktop PCs, laptops, smart TV, tablets and mobiles. Applying the philosophy of design and development Responsive Web Design.

In addition, our website contains:

• Alternative textual content to non-textual content.
• The main menu is visible on all pages.
• The footer menu on all pages, with all access to our legal pages.
• You will be able to view this website with the latest versions of the most common browsers.
• We implemented the AntiSpam policy with the reCptcha module (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) from Google v.3. With this version, no warning or information is displayed to the user.

• Shift + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R: Reload current page ignoring cache. On Mac it is ⌘ + Shift + R.
• ESC: Stop page loading.
• Ctrl + O: Open file. On Mac it is ⌘ + O.
• Ctrl + U: Open source code in new tab. On Mac it is ⌘ + Option + U.
• Ctrl + D: Save to bookmarks or favorites. On Mac it is ⌘ + D.
• Ctrl + F or F3: Open the search bar to search within the current page. On Mac it is ⌘ + F.
• Ctrl + G: Go to the next search result within the current page. On Mac it is ⌘ + G.
• Ctrl + J: Open Downloads page. On Mac it is ⌘ + Shift + J.
• Ctrl + Shift + D: Save all tabs in bookmarks. On Mac it is ⌘ + Shift + D.
• F11: Full screen mode. On Mac it is ⌘ + Ctrl + F
• Ctrl + +, Ctrl + -: Zoom in or out on the page content. On Mac it is ⌘ + +, ⌘ + -.
• Ctrl + 0: Cancel zoom restoring default size. On Mac it is ⌘ + 0.
• Spacebar or Space or PageDown: Scroll down the page.
• Shift + Space or Page Up: Scroll up the page.
• Start or End: Go to the top or bottom of the page.
• Alt + Home: Open home page in current tab. On Mac it is ⌘ + Shift + H.

You can also combine the keyboard with the mouse to save you some clicks:

• Drag link to tab bar: To open it in an already opened tab or in a new one.
• Ctrl + Click: Open link in new tab. On Mac it is ⌘ + Click. You can also press the middle mouse button.
• Ctrl + Shift + Click: Open link in new tab and go to it. On Mac it is ⌘ + Shift + Click.
• Shift + Click: Open link in new window.
• Alt + Click: Download content from a link.
• Drag tab out of bar: Open tab in new window.
• Ctrl + Scroll: Zoom in or out.
• Shift + Scroll: Scroll horizontally on the page.

Web accessibility as a fundamental right

It is important to note that the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities takes into account information, including accessible websites at all times, as a fundamental right.

• LAW 56/2007, of December 28, 2007, on Measures to Promote the Information Society. Mandatory measures for the elimination of barriers in the use of Information Technologies for the Public Administration and entities financed by the same are dictated.
• LAW 27/2007, of October 23, 2007, which recognizes Spanish sign languages and regulates the means of support for oral communication of deaf, hearing impaired and deaf-blind people. The recognition and use of Spanish Sign Language in the public sphere is regulated.
• LAW 11/2007, of June 22, 2007, on citizens' electronic access to Public Services. The right of citizens to interact with Public Administrations by electronic means is recognized.
• ROYAL DECREE 366/2007, of March 16, 2007, on accessibility and non-discrimination of people with disabilities in their relations with the General State Administration. It regulates the conditions of accessibility and non-discrimination of citizens in their relations with the General State Administration.
• ROYAL DECREE 1494/2007, of November 12, 2007, approving the Regulation on the basic conditions for the access of people with disabilities to the information society. The Accessibility conditions of the Information Society are standardized.
